An expert on infectious diseases and a professor at Hong Kong university told south china morning post that his team was working on the vaccine. Researchers have based vaccines on an influenza virus. They have modified the vaccine with a part of the surface antigen of Coronavirus , meaning the vaccine can potentially prevent influenza and Coronavirus.
